The pools are more on the warmer side unless it’s the cenotes so on a very hot day it’s not refreshing but I’m definitely not complaining. The water park is very good wave pool as well. There was no beach only on the costa bavaro side which I think it could be cleaned more. I went a few years ago and the beach is definitely not as nice as it use to be. Overall great hotel would definitely come back!!!!!

The propriety is excellent and clean the attention from the staff is too poor . In the area of the buffet you have to wait 25 minutes for drinks also for coffee or water . The waitress also was with bad actitud. Not enough employees in the area of food . Also they don’t give you enough towels in the room just one for person and sometimes they don’t change the towels if you don’t give a tip first . Very disappointing in that part . The rooms are so nice and clean

Beautiful resort with gorgeous pools and well-kept grounds. We really enjoyed the Peruvian and Mexican restaurants, as well as YOLO and the ice cream parlor. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by ongoing construction. We were woken up early every morning by construction noise, and even late at night we could hear loud rumbling and furniture being moved. Restaurant reservations were difficult to get, and for lunch the buffet was the only option. The biggest disappointment was the food. Breakfast had very limited options, most of it was cold, and even the mofongo was cold and watery. The drinks tasted watered down, and the Italian buffet was by far the worst. Yudid Ramos and Adilenny at reception were very helpful and provided great service.

This is a brand-new hotel so still few amenities are not working properly, the app was not working at all during my stay (a whole week) the restaurant reservation system was awful even been done in the services desk, food was acceptable (espresso coffee poor quality, not an extensive fresh fruits selection, no natural orange juice available, they have a restaurant called Brassa Nova with an absurd policy not to allow persons under 18 years old nevertheless in the same restaurant that supposed to be top of the line the allow people with extremely poor dress code meaning wearing short and swing suite in the upper part ( Ridiculous) management was not helpful at all. I won't recommend this hotel this supposed to be a much better experience for this type of facility

I wouldn't be able to give much information about the resort as they changed my reservation to another location without notifying me. I was made aware of the change until I was already at the resort. No one could tell me why and they kept pointing fingers at each other. I will NEVER reserve for any Lopesan amenity ever again.

La propiedad es Genial ,, el personal amable ,, pero siento que falta entrenamiento y en el momento para resolver situaciones el protocolo es enorme y muy irresponsable,, me entregaron una habitación que desde la entrega informamos que la puerta principal no cerraba y no tomaron acción,,, al día siguiente en la mañana volví a informar,, me dijeron que ya estaba echo el reporte yyy que debía esperar en la Habitación,, después de hablar otra vez porque había espera más de medio Día ,, llegaron 2 personas a las 5 de la tarde a arreglar la puerta,, algo que les tomó alrededor de 1 hora .

El hotel está muy bello y lujoso. El senote es un espectáculo y mejor piscina que he estado. La comida nada buena. Las bebidas son simples. El closet de mi habitación se desarmó el primer día y nunca la arreglaron , cosa muy negativa para ser un hotel recién abierto . No hay acceso a la playa. No pudimos entrar a la piscina de olas porque lo tenían cerrado para unas fotos , o sea un jueves hacer eso? . No me parece adecuado. Los dominicanos súper buena gente y mi mejor opinión para ellos . Aún así lo recomiendo es un bello hotel
