The property is in severe disrepair: broken walkways, dirty walls, and damaged outdoor furniture. Both pools were unusable (cloudy water, mold, rust). The room was in unacceptable condition: dirty floors with dead insects, ants on furniture and bed, broken fixtures, and very poor cleanliness. The bathroom was also problematic (no hot water, mold, unstable toilet seat, hair in the drain). We contacted the booking platform shortly after arrival to request a change due to the condition of the property, but the owner refused, stating the room had already been occupied. We spent most of the stay away from the property, which completely ruined the experience. This accommodation does not meet basic standards and the rebranding is misleading. Not recommended. Check recent reviews and the property’s history carefully before booking.

An amazing view and very safe location. Incredible view of the beach and Los Pelicanos restaurant. Catalina made us an amazing traditional Salvadorian breakfast with freshly toasted bread as is common in the coastal town. A must stop location.

Avoid this place - Total Bait and Switch. Horrendous experience. They confirmed my booking, then downgraded me last minute to a room the size of a closet that looked nothing like the photos. When I complained, they sent me on a 'wild goose chase' to a sister property 20 minutes away. While I was in the Uber, they called to say that room was gone, too. Zero professional integrity and a complete waste of my time and money. Stay elsewhere.

We had an incredible stay. The ocean views from the property are amazing!!! Both pools were clean and the room was spacious. One pool with a slide is more for kids, the other pool is regular- great for swimming. We got lucky because there were no other guests while we stayed but even if more rooms would be occupied, it would be ok because there are plenty of lounge areas for guests. Free breakfast every morning was a huge plus for my family and it was delicious. There is a shortcut (stairs between houses) to go to the beach and although it's maybe 10 minutes walk, it was nice to see the neighborhood and the beach is great. Very safe, gated community. I highly recommend it!
