It's a budget hotel and that's what you get. Location is great and staff was very nice and polite. Walls are paper thin so take earplugs with you as can't control people in the rooms next to you. Cafe just next to the property has amazing breakfast

The hotel was especially nice. We were on the basement floor which had especially cramped rooms and bathrooms. I also saw a room on the third floor, which seemed much better. It's a conveniently located hotel with wonderful staff, but the room on the basement floor was actually too small to be a room for two. It might work as a single room.

This was an older Easy Hotel building and I had a nice enough bedroom. The amenities are basic but staff were helpful and location is great. The only issues I found was that I couldn’t get the outer window open for a breeze and the shower holder in the bathroom was broken so I had to improvise a little. Neither was reported to staff because it didn’t bother me enough. Otherwise all good!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very pokey and small. Shower had shower head only so couldn’t use it to wash my daughter. Hotel is also right beside rail lines where trains run into the early hours of the morning. Room could have been cleaner!

It was ok, I didn't expect too much for the price. Yes the room was small and without window the ac will help with fresh air. Possibly you may need a dehumidifier to keep the air not to dry during the night. For 1 or 2 nights it's ok, longer than that I suggest a bigger room with a window. Very close to the train station.

Die Lage des Hotels war super, mehr aber auch nicht. Badezimmer ist viel zu klein, Duschvorhang hatte Schimmel. Bett lässt zu wünschen übrig und das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig.

Friendly staff and great locations, with central bus line right on the doorstep and only a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station. We booked an accessible room, since my spouse is in a wheelchair, and got a very nice unit on the ground floor. The bathroom was fully accessible for wheelchair users, and even though the room was small it was enough space for two people and the wheelchair.

Hi, the location of the hotel was extremely nice, very central and close to station and many other attractions. Room size was okay, no table or chair was given. the Toilet and bathroom were extremely small which made the things complicated. Despite cleanliness, we found bedbugs in room 101, I collected them as much as I could and reported at the Reception early in the morning. we were given an option to change the room, but we were checking out in a few hours so didn't switch room. I hope you take this seriously.

unfortunately the first room I was in had bugs beside the headboard and on the floor and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The window in the room I got moved to was stuck open, thankfully there was a screen to pull closed. The only plus was aircon during the heatwave and the good location.

Location is ideal walking distance to most places my only concern was the shower it was extremely tight space not convenient if you have mobility issues I don’t understand why make such space so small ? Very awkward and uncomfortable
