The room is dirty. The bed sheet is dirty, even with blood stain. never stay in this hotel again.

Then time stay at this hotel. Don't like that a lot of people was hanging around including staff. The room was nice and clean. The only issue was not enough light. The price is worth it not to far from downtown. Restaurant near. Some of the staff wasn't to welcoming just there for a paycheck. Fifty fifty change I will go back.

Bad hotel

Too many people hanging out in front of hotel and in the back. The halls smelled like marijuana. The exits were constantly left open, allowing non guests to enter. We felt unsafe while our stay.

SIENDO APROXIMADAMENTE LAS 18:00 HRS.DEL DIA 20 DE SEPTIEMBRE DEL AÑO EN CURSO EL HOTEL EMPEZÓ A INCENDIARSE Y NO SE ESCUCHABA NINGUNA ALARMA , ME PERCATEQUE HABIA HUMO EN MI HABITACION Y QUE EN LOS PASILLOS HABÍA MAS HUMO Y AFUERA EN EL ÁREA DEL HOTEL HABÍA PRESENCIA DE LOS BOMBEROS . FUE ENTONCES QUE ME DI CUENTA QUE HABÍA UN INCENDIO EN LAS INSTALACIONES DEL HOTEL Y DECIDÍ SALIRME A LA VÍA PUBLICA PARA SALVAR MI VIDA. LO MAS GRAVE FUE QUE NADIE TUVO LA ATENCIÓN DE TOCAR A MI PUERTA O LLAMARME A MI HABITACIÓN PARA AVISARME DE DICHO ACCIDENTE Y PONER A SALVO MI VIDA..LO CUAL ME PARECIÓ MUY GRAVE YA QUE MI VIDA ESTABA EN PELIGRO ... Nice priced hotel

We enjoyed the hotel, however it was a small room, but was equal to what was paid. The pool also wasn't in service so that was a downfall. The la quinta next to it pool looked like it was ours, & it was the neighboring hotel.

Do not stay here unless you have no other options

We booked a room for one night because we needed an inexpensive hotel in North Dallas. It was a mistake. Not clean, not nice at all. Despite the claim that it was 100% non-smoking, the whole place smelled of smoke and there were cigarette burns on the furniture and bedspread. We asked for another room, and the front desk staff were helpful. The room we got was cleaner, but minimally furnished and with very few amenities (for example, there was a coffee maker, but no coffee cups...). Stained carpet, overflowing trash cans in the halls. Worst of all, when we arrived on a Saturday night, we saw "working girls" doing business in the parking lot behind the hotel. Fortunately, police arrived and they dispersed. But I would not let my wife walk outside of the hotel alone. Again, I should emphasize that the staff did what they could to help. We will definitely never go back.

HORRIBLE

This stay at the hotel was horrible. I had to seek medical attention for numerous body areas with bed bugs bites. I am now on a high dose of penicillin due to high fever and bed bugs bites from my neck, arms, legs. The hotel bathroom had roaches on the counter and bathtub.

Save your time and money

Stain on bed, smells, staff is awful, crack heads in and out of hotel. Hotel has nasty smell. Horrible. Do not stay here. I got my money back and they still did not refund me everything. I'm not used to fancy hotels however this is even below my standards. Only one entrance(front) all doors around hotel lock after being shut which is how they minister who comes and goes in the hotel. Very sketchy. Please save your time and money. Hotel nothing like photos

Do not book here!

The hotel itself was a bit run down with the worst customer service we have ever had. The lady at the front desk was so rude not just to me but to other customers she was helping. They wouldn't even check us in a few minutes early without a $20 early check in fee. The rooms are only cleaned once you decide to check out. Zero room service. You get less than what you pay for. Pay the extra money and get a decent hotel.

Horrible

Bathroom floor was nasty.Carpet was nastt. Hair in the tub. Moldy. My aakergies and asthma have been horrible every since. Its old and ran down. The staff was alsso extremely rude and un professional.

Disappointed

I am a repeat customer, and I have to say, after this last stay, I may NEVER go back! The lady at the front lacked customer service skills. No greet, no smile, & attitude! Then asked for a CASH deposit (not use to them doing that) Made me very upset. Then we waited forever to check in, after she said we had to wait until 2, which was like 4 minutes away, and we still end up starting the process close to 2:30 smh. So we get to our room, no iron, a bad smell, & dirty pillow cases!! Ugh! I couldn't even rest right away. They brung an iron hours later.. Never fixed the other problems. I had to go buy sanitizing wipes and spray, PLUS walk down to the maid to get the pillow cases myself & put them on after I realized they where never coming. Upon check out, little man also lacked customer service skills, and acted confused about us paying a cash deposit (I knew it didn't seem right)!! On top of that, wouldn't give deposit until security checked the room! Wish they moved that fast when I needed new cases! They never did a courtesy call, which we've always gotten & if things weren't right we got a new room. They sucked this time around. Might try the LA Quinta next to it or else where! I won't come bk if they have that same rude, nasty staff!
