Lovely hotel with a beautiful waterfall just a 5 min walk away Missed breakfast but staff made us sausage butties to go which we were thankful for! Lovely views from the restaurant & terrace. Definitely will come back!

Staff were so welcoming and helpful, really made the stay. Excellent location and whilst some aspects in the corridor to my were a little tired the room itself was clean and very comfortable. The food was good and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I spoke to several returning guests. I'll definitely be back.

The Mary Mount is a lovely hotel in a beautiful location on Derwentwater. The staff at the hotel are brilliant and the customer service is excellent. The food at the hotel is plentiful tasty and well presented. The hotel is looking a little tired in places and could benefit from a lick of paint and some slight modernisation. That being said the rooms are warm clean and comfortable and we would definitely return

Weather not so good, but quiet as kids back at school. Hotel and staff exellent, very helpful. Toilet had a problem but the general manager was straight on it, got it fixed no problem. Exellent stay even if the weather not so good.

Clean hotel which is ideal for anyone fell walking or just walking down the Borrowdale valley, wonderful views out to Derwent water , gardens well maintained with a lovely outdoor area next to the river, hotel as squeeky floor boards but only due to the age of the building so can’t be helped, breakfast buffet well stocked with decent quality foods, just a couple of negatives, the extraction fan in our bathroom, room 26 was not working and in the downstairs men’s toilets a strong urine smell both of which could easily be improved. I would definitely stay again

Great hotel if you’re planning a visit to the Lake District. Amazing staff, good rooms and great restaurant - the buffet breakfast is really good value too. There are loads of walks nearby, including into Keswick and Cat Bells. The hotel is located a little bit out of the centre of Keswick so you can escape the crowds and enjoy some peace by the lake.

スタッフみなさんとてもフレンドリーで親切。ロケーションも自然の中にありとてもよく、Keswickの町から程良く離れていて、静かで、ホテルの外に出た瞬間から大自然が楽しめました。早朝は鳥や鹿がホテル敷地内で見れ、徒歩2分で湖があり、徒歩10分程でPublic Foot Pathがあり湖を約一周するスタート地点になります。朝ごはんもおいしく、3泊の滞在中の夕食は2回レストランでいただきました。部屋に冷蔵庫があったらなおよかったですが、支障はなかったです。シャワー・トイレなどもリノベーションされておりとても清潔・快適でした。ほかの宿泊客もフレンドリーで落ち着いた世代が多く、静かに自然を楽しめて、とてもよかったです。

Fint hotel tæt ved Keswick i Lake District. Lækker morgenmad med stort udvalg og hjælpsomt personale. Sengen dog meget blød og kort så jeg måtte ligge diagonalt for ikke at have benene ud over kanten (178 cm).

Friendly staff, great food and a fantastic location for Catbells. Unfortunately, our first night was disappointing, with a blocked toilet, dirty surfaces and significant noise from other guests until around 3am. Our second night was much better, so hopefully this was just an isolated experience.

A lovely hotel in an ideal location for visiting the Lake District. Within walking distance of several walks and Derwent Water jetty from where you can catch the ferry to points around the lake and to Keswick. Sofia and the staff made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was good, with plenty of selection. The restaurant also had good food.
