The stay was highly comfortable, greatly enhancing my overall experience. The room met all my requirements, and at the price I paid, it represented excellent value for money.

They refused once we reached that there is no room available. After lots of discussion they provided some other room which was tiny and very dirty. Also it was home stay. You need to take 100 stairs to reach on the property also. Very bad expwrience. On top of that there is no option to connect with Expedia to get any help

They are totally fraud, never book this Hotel, First of all there is no Hotel complex called Gwen stay, they are running this only on paper, they have it on the name of GP lake view hotel, they are taking multiple booking by registering a single property on multiple names. When we reached to the Hotel they were denying the room that the room is not available and they wanted us to shift to other cheaper hotel and the same happening with multiple other customers. We had to call police by dialing 112 then they have allowed us to stay in GP lake view hotel, you can think what would have been our situation, this hotel is fully Fraud and one should NEVER book this or GP lake view hotel. The rooms were tiny in a passage of just 2 feet, bathroom was just 2.5 feet wide, you can not even turn properly, there were no amenities you have to ask for towels apart from no other amenities they had. Big time cheat, whole day was wasted due to this hotel.
