Booked last minute and didn’t know what to expect as it’s not an actual hotel as such but I was very pleasantly surprised. Lovely clean room, helpful staff and a good breakfast in an amazing location. Definitely recommend it.

Staff helpful on check in, room clean and plenty of space. Bathroom seemed to have been recently refurbished, powerful shower! Can’t comment on breakfast as I checked out before it started

Last minute overnight stay made to break up our journey to Kent. Facilities were very good and represented excellent value money. Room was spacious and breakfast was unexpectedly good with a choice of continental and cooked food. Staff were friendly and we would definitely stay here again in the future

Functional student style accommodation which was clean. Excellent value for money and good for overnight stop on way to nearby heathrow airport. Excellent free parking and included no frills breakfast. Highly recommended if you're looking for a practical overnight stay in the area.

My room was dirty. There were dirty glasses and cutlery. The toilet hadn't been cleaned and the room stank. Very dissapointing. I left feeling dirtier than when I arrived

Initial check in was disappointing. We arrived 17 minutes early and we're told that we could not have our room until 3pm exactly. A payment if £17 was required for an early check in. This equates to£1 per minute. After a 4 hour journey we thought this was unacceptable.

The room was very hot no Airton The emergency green light was on at night and I didn't sleep because of it Paid extra for grandson to stay over extra bed and breakfast he didn't sleep because his bed was directly under the green light and whe we went for breakfast to be told that they had no record od this I had paid 17.85 extra went to reception and they suddenly found the booking Finally the green light went out one morning and a bright white light came on at 4.50am to let me no the there had been a power cut and there was no electricity in the building ironically no emergency light in the bathroom so trying to use toilet was a struggle and going down to reception for assistance the lift was out of order Quiet possible one of the worst stays I have experienced

A good place to stay that could be so much better. Nice room: clean and tidy. Sturdy walls so no extraneous noises from the potentially possibility of loud and boisterous fellow guests! Toilet didn't work: flushing mechanism and front panel were broken. TV only had a handful of channels (and no BBC), no guide on either the TV set or through the QR code to the website. Was this room really ready to be occupied? It took over two hours and three personal visits to reception to get any service on either matter (I was offered a public toilet that hadn't been flushed, as an alternative!). On the third visit to reception I was lucky enough to find a Duty Manager there - he followed me to the room and did an excellent job reprogramming the TV and partially repairing the toilet, so that it operated without the front panel. Breakfast food choice and quality was very good, although the cooked breakfast was a tepid temperature, at best. Items were cold before the meal was finished. It could've all been so much better. Overall, a good place to stay. It has so much potential. Staff were friendly and polite. With a bit more thought and effort on the part of those in charge, it could be so, so, so much better.

On the whole , I had a really nice stay. It’s not the first time I’ve stayed here and it’s very convenient and very good value for money. Unfortunately, there was some building work going on and it was very noisy. I was supposed to be doing some work during a niday and the noise was so loud I couldn’t do it in my room.

Good value for money, but unsurprisingly it is more like staying in a sports leisure centre with bedrooms than staying in a hotel!
