No doubt that the staff was really helpful. But the cleanliness was not at all good. Every time I asked for cleaning, the staff would do it but overall I would just give 2 out 5

4/10 Lumayan

On the day one as soon as I entered into the assigned room,I went to use the washroom and the wash basin started to leak.the staff changed my room. The other room I moved into has access card reading problem.I requested the hotel several times but always got an excuse that they are waiting for technician to fix.One night my washroom light went off and it took them 12 hours to get the light fixed in washroom as there was no maintenance guy available on site.the cleanliness was not upto the mark.Hot water wasn’t available on several occasions.bathroom sink was choking with the water but it wasn’t fixed either.I will not consider this hotel for my future stay. The 1200$ I have paid towards my stay wasn’t worth it.
