Think one thousand tume before booking this hotel Sasitara Residence. I booked the hotel through Hotel dot com. Yesterday evening at 8.30 pm I along with my family check in. The reception girl allowed us room no 104. We keep our luggage in room and went out for dinner. When we return back to room, we found AC was not working. It was around 10.00 pm, we ask reception girl for change the room, but at start she refused to change the room, but after some hot arguments she agreed to change to give another room. Today morning at 7.30 am, we found toilet flush is not operating, again I called reception girl and she tried her best to get it working.
The morning breakfast is not up to the mark.
It was again height of hospitality as when we come back at 9.30 pm we found the room was not cleaned, no house keeping at all. It was really shocking, again we requested reception for house keeping, first she refused but when I asked for refund so that we can change the hotel, then she changed towels and toiletries.
This is very bad experience to me and my family. Most of the time I book my hotels through Hotel dot com but this becomes most horrible experience.
Out of three nights booking, this is our second night, I don't know what will be the experience of third night.
I request hotel dot com to refund my third day booking amount so that I would like to shift my family to another hotel.
