The staff were the saving grace of the hotel! They were friendly, approachable and helpful.
We stayed previously in the Oasia in Singapore and maybe that’s why we were so disappointed by this hotel.
The room size was good and location was also good.
Now for the hotel itself- unfortunately it’s dated, unclean and in serious need of refurbishing. The toilets in main reception were filthy. The carpets and walls in the corridors are marked. The room itself had general wear and tear and the shower was hanging out the wall with thick grime and limescale around the tray. It just was less than satisfactory. I hate to give such a scathing review but the images are a bit catfishy. It’s a fair price, the staff are amazing and if you just want somewhere to rest your head it’s okay.
