It’s not far from the main spot(KLCC, convention center and so on). If you are looking for a clean and comfortable room, I would love to suggest this hotel.

Clean rooms but the property need a bit of upgrade or love. Spacious one bedroom with all the things you need. Great location and close to many shops. My only issue with this hotel was toilet seat was wird like square and high. Over all i recommend this place 👌

The washer/dryer combo was a life saver. Staff were all super helpful and sweet, and very delicious desserts. Breakfast buffet was fine.

4/10 Fair

The room definitely needs a make over, old and overpriced. Loose power plugs, air conditioning unit sounds like a tornado and noisy. To get off the toilet you have to sit sideways or you would knock yourself out, shower head needs replaced and no hot water at night. Extraction fans do not work, noise only, no sucking. Room has an unpleasant smell. The fores about the hotel are, the staff are lovely, bed comfortable, and cleaners do the best they can to.

Great location, great staff, but the rooms need some deep clean. The bed was very clean and comfortable though.

The location in itself is correct, near a 7eleven and other restaurants. Beautiful view from the gym and from the swimming pool. Had 1 breakfast it was ok but not as u would expect from a « suites hotel » The staff is always polite and smiling. The room had a wading machine, very quiet and smart machine. Nevertheless, our room were infested with little gray bugs, it was really hard to shower knowing they were here. Nothing was said about that in the check-in. Also the walls were moldy. One of the 2 elevators from our ails was broken so we would wait sometimes 3min for it to come to our floor. I don’t know why the fire alarm went on in a random afternoon, couldn’t get any rest. Was it a fire drill? A real emergency? No informations or explanations were ever given. Overall the clearness of the rooms need to be upgraded I think this hotel is ok if you’re not excepting too much and traveling on a budget while still have a big room near the center. Wouldn’t recommend a long stay here as you could have better with other hotels. We were fooled by the comments about this hotel.
