This room did not have toilet paper in the bathroom. We went out to dinner for Valentine's Day and then went to the hotel to check in, I had left-overs , but the hotel room did not have a refrigerator for me to put my food in. The light in the bathroom was flickering. Lastly, our room was on the second floor, I am disabled , so that was not good for me and there was no elevator, I struggled to go up the stairs.

I stayed for 45 min, room was never made up by the made, broken ac, no toilet paper and dog poop on the property everywhere. No fridge or microwave in the room, pool closed-see if they charged for 45 minutes there.

The motel looks old and dirty. The bathroom is really dirty and we gave up to take a shower. There wasn’t a trash can in the room and no toilet paper as well. It is much worse than motel 6 in California. The staff is nice.

The rooms were horrendous. No chairs in the room, the floor was filty, no covers on the bed, just a sheet. 2 tiny pillows. No soap, 1 towel, no coffee maker. All thia gor 215.00 a nigbt! What a deal! Not.

First night I did not get a key. Told I had to have desk let me in and out. Bathroom filled with black mold. No chair to sit, no place to put clothes, no ice machine working, pool closed. People at desk dont care.

took an hour to check in because none of the rooms were ready, when we did get a room it had no bedding, curtains on the nightstand, trash left and no working tv, had to wait another 30 minutes for a different room, seemed a little understaffed but they were still as helpful as they could be, place was completely out of soap said they needed to “order more” no towels in the room either, on the upside they had some kitties on the property and ducks, pool was unfortunately out of season though, also our deadbolt didn’t work and the door barely closed all the way, like you could completely see through the crack of the door on the side, and that slide latch lock thing that also comes on hotel doors was loose like someone had tried to kick the door open or something, there’s a sign saying to deadbolt and latch your door at all time and i could barely do either so that made my safety feel slightly compromised as there were sounds and people roaming all throughout the night

Staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel itself was rundown and in need of updates. There were numerous people on the property living in their cars. Several loud yelling matches in the middle of the night in the rooms. Grass area for the pets was covered in dog feces even though bags were provided by the hotel. Would not stay here again.
