Ascott stays never disappoints!! This was the most comfortable stay during my 5 week holiday traveling between China and Malaysia. Bedrooms were tidy and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and appliances. It really made me feel like I was at home. Front desk service was courteous, welcoming and professional. The only thing I would like to comment on is their breakfast. It could do better, from food varieties, atmosphere and location. I’ve been to other Ascott buffets and this one was literally a joke.

The transportaion service from hotel to kl sentral train station, excellent, Mr Mururgan the driver was very accomodating, 5 stars for his service, 5 stars for reception staff, patient and courteous. Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff is super friendly. Prorperty is well located, minutes away from KL Sentral. Batharea is a bit dimly lit and dated. Water flow and pressure are quite slow and could be better. Breakfast is very average and there is no room service but there are plenty of Grabfood options in the area. Overall a much recommended and great stay!

The property was not new but well maintained. The location just 5 minutes by foot from Nu Sentral the Mall with lots's of retail and F & B choices but a bit further away from the train station and using a taxi or hail ride if advisable if you have luggage. Overall, the surrounding area is vibrant and festive.The rooms are large with a kitchenette and bathroom The F & B choices in the hotel is limited but well supplemented by the surroundings. The service is adequate and efficient. The prices offered during my stay were reasonable. Since my extended family live within 20 minutes by car, I would stay at the Ascott again. The breakfast however was on the meagre side
