Customer service was amazing . Gentleman in the front and lady were super helpful BUT when booking the rooms do not look like the images , like at all . Rooms and horribly outdated , broken locks , jammed doors , extremely dirty from previous smokers . Bad smell when entering , , some rooms don’t work , water , lights , arc .

Room was clean , bath/shower had hot water but sink did not . Noise from traffic was noticeable due to thin windows. Overall I was satisfied both staff and room.

Yes the room was neglected, it didn’t had the main lights , the side bed lights either just the one from the sink and restroom, then the plugs didn’t work only the one by the sink and they had an extension cord from there all the way to the tv! The key kept on not working I went several times to get a new one, in one room it did had fridge and microwave but the other didn’t , the shower tub was broken, second day they didn’t restocked toilet paper, I asked for towels to use after the pool and they said first use the ones from the room , the pool was very dirty my girls cleaned out the leaves but the buttom had a lot of dirk and it was slippery
