This is an old, slightly dirty hotel with staff who don't make you feel welcome. The location is great, but it is very difficult to find parking anywhere nearby. The listing on Hotels.com says "Free Parking" under the amenities, but there is none. When I asked for parking at check-in, the staff laughed. I wouldn't stay here again.

Less than 10 TV channels. Thin walls. They put me in a cheaper room than the one I paid for. Don't pay for breakfast if you are only 1 person. Front desk staff mostly unfriendly. Overall Ok, but I would not stay there again, as I did not enjoy my stay and thought it was poor value.

飯店地點交通方便,周遭有各類餐飲可以選擇,距離NU Sentrala蠻近,逛街購物相當便利,但房間稍嫌老舊,入住房間之門後安全門栓會妨礙進出時門之關閉,房內燈光明顯不足,書桌上亦無檯燈輔助商務辦公,另外浴室無拉門可以關閉,造成水流外濺。

แย่มาก เราจองห้องซูพีเรัยทวินแต่ได้ห้องเตียงควีน พอไปถามก็บอกว่าห้องเต็ม ไม่มีการช่วยเหลือ พนักงานนิสัยแย่มาก ทำเหมือนเราไปขอพักฟรี ห้องเล็กมากเราเคยมาพักที่นี่ปีละ 2 - 3 ครั้ง เมื่อก่อนห้องใหญมาก แต่ครั้งนี้ไป เอาห้องมาแบ่งให้เล็กลง เหลือแค่เตียงกับห้องน้ำไม่มีที่วางกระเป๋า พอแค่ซุกหัวนอน ตู้เย็นไม่มี ไม่มีอะไรทีจะทำให้เราคิดจะกลับมาพักอีก เพิ่มเงินอีกนิดหน่อย หรือห้องราคาเท่ากัน ใกล้ๆแถวนั้รมีให้เลือกเยอะ ใครคิดจะจองควรคิดใหม่เถอะครับ

KLセントラル駅からは近くて、立地は良いです。ただ問題なのは部屋の給湯器が故障していて、シャワーからお湯が出なかったのは辛かったです。あと、部屋は狭くないのですが、スーツケースを開くことができない絶妙な空間が残念でした。

The floor was a bit sticky when we entered the room. The description indicated a room with city-view, but our room was facing the back structure of another building. We have booked 2 rooms with a queen bed as per described. However the hotel did not provide a room with queen bed for 1 of the rooms. If there is no room available, it should be stated at the point of booking, not at check in! Hope the hotel can hold on to what has been promised at the time of booking.

Bilik peninapan bagus, bersih n kemas cuma perlu sedikit penambahbaikan lagi.Iaitu pintu bilik mandi, pintu bilik mandi meregang maksudnya tidak rapat betul.Org kat luar boleh nampak kalau kta mandi kat dalam bilik mandi tu jadi, tidak selesa begitu juga sebaliknya.Satu lagi iron board, teruk sangat dah koyak n berlubang lapik/alasnya masih diguna pakai. Alang kah baik kalau ditukarganti alasnya.Sy jenis yg suka iron pakai an sebelum nak pakai, jadi benda mcm ni sgt penting pd sy walau dimana sy pergi.
