The dorms are really dirty, smelling of manure and homeless people use the groundfloor to urinate and leave excrement deposits.
No lockers to keep your belongings in, all round a terrible experience

Night receptionist was lovely, the morning one was very grumpy. My bed was filthy, covered in dirt, there was a used mask under my pillow. The wifi doesn’t work in the rooms. No western toilet.

Très sale. Applique illégalement des taxes
Dortoir lugubre et très sale. Toilettes sales qui sentaient l'urine. Porte du dortoir à moitié cassée et très bruyante à chaque ouverture. Connexion internet très instable et pas très rapide. Couverture pleine d'acariens. Établissement à éviter. Le pire : ils vous arnaquent en vous faisant payer la taxe touristique de 10 MYR par nuit applicable aux étrangers alors que la règlementation malaisienne prévoit ce qui suit pour les dortoirs : un seul paiement est exigé et valable pour TOUT le dortoir. Or nous étions plusieurs étrangers en même temps et ils nous ont TOUS fait payer, ce qui est illégal. Cet établissement ne devrait pas être référencé par Hôtels.com, qui se rend complice de ces agissements.

Für die zentrale Lage, super Preis Leistung!
Die Zimmer sind klein und ohne Fenster, aber das Bett ist gemütlich und der Gemeinschafts Balkon (Raucherbereich) ist auch okay! Preis Leistung und die zentrale Lage haben uns überzeugt! Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich! Täglich neue Handtücher, Shampoo und Toilettenpapier...wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stay away
The bedroom was NOT what was advertised on the website. The bed linen was dirty, stained with blood and what seemed to be public hair. Boogies were smeared on the wall beside the bed. The bathroom was ok. TV had no plug socket and the lamps didn't work. Air con was good.
Unfortunately we did not notice the stains on the sheets until the morning after as the room was quite dark
However the staff were friendly

スタッフの対応は、語学のできない私のチェックアウトの際、目的地を聞かれ、私の代わりにgrabを配車してくれたり、とても親切丁寧でとても助かりました。
ですが、部屋のカビ臭が耐えられませんでした。
前の人のと思われる髪の毛もたくさん落ちていて、不衛生さをかんじてしまいました。
