I lived at this hotel back in 2022 winter, and I rebooked this place because I had good experience before. But this year, the service and amenities got significantly worse
Arrived at super late night due to flight delay, they even planned to put me as no show and put a fine
Then we reached our room, ac was NOT working. We tried to put the room temperature to 19 degree, after 1 hour, it did not work, so I had to call reception. It was a long wait and long process. The technician checked and confirmed there was a problem. He suggested putting temperature to lowest and turn the fan to highest mode. And then they left us for 30 min and never came back to fix it. We suffered a night and came to reception in the morning, then they gave us breakfast for free and set someone to fix it; incident 2: during day 2, door key was not working because the door lock went out of battery. We have to go up and down and even recorded the incident to proof; then they sent technician to change the battery; incident 3: during day 3, the door got locked again. We were not able to get out from room; only the janitor could use his key to open the door for us. We reported again. This stay was definitely horrible. Compare to their 3 years ago, room was not maintained very well, and management had a lot of problem. If I was working with one receptionist, I need to stick with her/him. Once their shift was done, no one knew anything, we had to start over again…
