The bar was well stoked, the room was not cleaned everyday as they would redo the bed with the same bedding, not wipe the floor or brush and not refill water or tea. The staff at the bar was lovely but apart from that no one really spoke or smiled. The guest services called to ask how was my holiday and I requested water which did not arrive. I also asked for some tea to be sent into the room and was told this would arrive and it did not. The bedding had some staining hence why I know it was not changed even once for my stay. They also mention having 24hr food in the tulip but this is not true. The food is average and often no sense of order so everyone is all over the place crowded. The waiters pick certain tables to serve and apart from that don’t ask anything. They charge extra for anything, a phone call etc. This could be an absolute fabulous hotel, the room layouts are lovely, despite it being very noisy at night and with construction in the morning. if small changes were made I would happily consider again. Definitely not worth the amount I paid.
