Due to covid, they shut the restaurant and room service. They did serve complementary breakfast, but for a property like this one to have no room service is a big disappointment. Es un engaño total. El servicio es pésimo, hotel muy ruidoso a pie de carretera, por el precio es mejor hospedarse en cualquier opción de verdadero lujo de la zona. Las fotos engañan que es un hotel de lujo pero es un simple hotel de carretera con buenas fotos. El agua de la habitación sale café y en recepción no tienen el mínimo interés de arreglarlo, no hay black out en las habitaciones. El spa es un engaño en fotos, solo tienen un pequeño vapor. La alberca estaba sucia, las toallas, los vasos y las tazas totalmente sucios. El servicio de recepción y gerencia son malos, lo único rescatable en la gente que atiene el valet parking. No es un hotel de lujo no se dejen engañar
