The room was great but the toilet wouldn’t flush spoke to the front desk about it they sent maintenance while we were out. We were told it was fixed. It was not we had to go to the lobby all night to use the restroom

Muy bien todo el hotel, lo recomiendo y es muy céntrico y accesible para conocer la ciudad. Solo recomiendo revisar el ruido de las tuberías, ya que toda la noche se escucha que se tira el agua, y tiene mucho aromatizante los pasillos del hotel.

The rooms were pretty clean to my satisfaction, and the staff were super friendly and told us about all the attractions around ! Breakfast was pretty great , had lots of options to choose from and the breakfast cooks were so friendly as well! My only complaint would’ve been parking ! If I would’ve know beforehand that I had to also pay for parking even tho I’m staying at the hotel , I would’ve definitely chose somewhere else! We spent 60$ in just parking alone. Definitely would have been nice if they offered free parking in the parking garage if you paid to stay in the hotel.

This place was amazing. The staff was super helpful. They even helped us by recommending places to eat and those were spot on! The valet employees were super nice and helped us unload and load the vehicle and always spoke! The room was super nice and clean. Always had a fresh smell. The bathroom was well maintained. The towels and sheets were clean with no random stains. The kitchen area was clean and all the dishes were clean. The washer and dryers were also nice to have and the area was clean as well. If I have 1 negative it’s that the tissue box in the bathroom needs to be removed and placed somewhere else in the room. The tissues inside were damp and had a dirt like smell on further inspection we found the actual tissue box to be damp and also had a dirt like smell.

I would never stay there again. The beds were hard. Marijuana smell was prevalent at valet and pool. The breakfast food was subpar and tasted old. There was a loud party in the room next to us until 2 am. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay.

This hotel is a convenient place to stay. I love that it edges DT and the neighboring area the suite has every thing in it. There is a connivence store like next door. The farmers market a stone throw away with variety of food options.I’ll stay here again in the future.

The staff was friendly and informative. Breakfast was hot and there was plenty. The rooms were big, just the size we needed. And the location felt safe with the key card security at the entrance and elevator
