The Arya is just perfect. The staff is super nice, the hotel is beautiful and the view of the bay amazing. You can walk to so many delicious restaurants and great stores.

8/10 Sangat bagus

Loved everything about this apartment, the building, the included parking, the location. I would give 5 stars but the bathroom hot water was not working and couldn't be fixed in time.

Truly a excellent place to stay in Miami. Close enough to get to everything, but far enough away to not deal with any of the crud. Arya Coconut Grove takes some beating - We go back ever few years. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, again.

6/10 Bagus

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. They did not make-up the room once during our stay! I understand they want to keep costs down and offer competitive rates but not cleaning the room and not making the bed for 9 nights is ridiculous. I would not recommend this hotel. Agnes.

We were pleasantly surprised with the pool, workout facilities, cleanliness, and views our room offered. It's a simple set-up without a lot of amenities, but the location and price are fantastic! Staff were always pleasant and helpful when needed.

Customer service sucks and room was poorly kept, the stink of Mariguana was awful. Hotel staff couldn’t help but the host never responded to my calls or texts

The room was nice but rules were a little strange. I didn’t realize when booking it was a private residence and not part of hotel.
