Modern, well equipped apartment in great location
Modern, fairly spacious and well equipped apartment, just a few minute walk from Duomo. Easy self check-in. Some noise at night from some sort of machine / generator nearby, but no other outside noise.
Two reasons for markdown:
When I arrived, the property had not been cleaned after the previous occupant and nobody was there doing anything despite being well after the check in time. The online 'customer service' dropped the ball just writing 'the cleaners are running late, have a good day'. I'm not entirely confident I could rely problems would be sorted if there was something more serious. The apartment was cleaned two hours later though.
The other was filling of an online form with personal details ahead of arrival. It's a good thing in principle, but I couldn't make it work on multiple devices and wasted plenty of time filling the same information again and again. We had to come up with a workaround of sending information via whatsapp.
