As others have said, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms, on the surface, are attractive and comfortable. The devil, as they say, is in the details. Lots of things broken, missing, or in bad condition. No breakfast, complicated parking system, questionable cleaning of the shower stall, neglected building maintenance, broken signage etc.
On the plus side, the location is ideal. You could walk to the historic center or to the main Corso. There’s a nice bar for coffee or snacks in the same building.
I’m sure it was much better when it was first open but now it needs some TLC.
