We loved staying here! The staff were very welcoming and we were even upgraded to a family suite. The room was very large, clean, with everything we could need including lots of space for luggage and belongings. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. Wonderful property and location was also great. Everything was close by. The hotel itself has restaurants, money exchange machine( was not giving a good rate though ) , spa, pool, concierge which helped us send our luggage from busan to seoul. Overall a great property, good clean rooms and amenities. Laundry is also located v close to the property so it was v convenient. Would definitely stay here again !

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I was looking for a nice and cosy accommodation close to the Busan train station. Well, this hotel is way more than just that. The room was comfortable with incredible toiletries, bathrobe, high quality slippers, LG styler (have never seen something like this before!), and just stylish minimalist decor. The rooftop bar with a pool is a total gem. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! Thank you for great service.
