Flott sted, perfekt beliggenhet og hyggelig pris
Veldig hyggelig B&B og særdeles hyggelig personale. God frokost. Veldig hyggelig å møte folk rundt frokostbordet, og verten slo også av en prat. Perfekt beliggenhet. Rolig område, og kort vei til buss og bane. Stort rom og god seng. God informasjonsmappe på rommet. Litt lite vann og varme på vannet i dusjen. Av miljøhensyn kunne de droppe å fjerne halvbrukte shampoo hver dag fra dusjen, men det var flott at slikt var der. Totalt sett et flott sted vi gjerne kommer tilbake til.

Denne B&B ligger veldig sentralt til Vauxhal underground med tilknytting til Victoria st. Ble tatt godt imot av hyggelige verter ved ankomst der vi ble vist rundt. Ikke la deg lure av det ser litt shabby ut, må si att sengen var utrolig god samt frokosten som var innkludert i prisen og godt utvalg var ett stort pluss. Fekk servert en av dei beste omelettene jeg har prøvd. Så hvis du trenger en sentral plass i London,en god seng samt en god frokost sp anbefales denne B&B!

Beautiful place and charming hosts !
Everything was extraordinary! From the moment we were welcomed, the hosts received us warmly and took great care of us. The place is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Thé breakfast is homemade, fresh and very generous. The location is perfect, very close to the metro, in a quiet area and not far from the city. We can only recommend this place. A charming and caring couple !

Okayish stay
It is alright stay. People are warm and welcoming. Rooms are very small and toilets tiny even in photos it appears larger. Breakfast Service can be improved a bit, quite slower if you have time bound plans in the morning. Overall 3/5.

Great location for a weekend
Couldn't fault location and friendly service. Bed was very big fir the size of the room which meant not mych manoeuvre space. But it was comfortable. Communal areas and breakfast were spot on. Room could have been a bit cleaner. Lovely touch of fresh flowers everywhere

Super séjour! Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement avec le thé et le café. Nous devions partir plus tot le matin, le petit dejeuner a été adapté. De très bons conseils nous ont été donné. Je recommande vivement!

Owners great - room has some opportunities
The owners were wonderful- super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. Fresh fruit salad and made to order breakfast which was healthy and filling. Those were the good points. The location was decent as it was close to multiple tube stops. Now the areas that were not so good. The bed was not comfortable. (A topper would help). The pillow was thick, rather hard and not comfy. There was no top sheet which my wife and I found rather gross. They did bring one when I requested it the second night. Additionally the walls / ceilings were paper thin and we could hear the conversations , coughs , and walking around of our neighbors . The key for the door (we were in room 1) used a skeleton key which was really tricky. If their was a fire it would have been dangerous. Lastly even though there were no signs, we were charged for the water and juice in the fridge. It was only a pound each, but we should have been told. We really wanted to love this place because the owners were so nice, but there are opportunities to improve.

Lovely place with a pleasant room for my few days travel around London. Close to the Underground but not in a quiet little spot down the road. Staff was responsive to requests I was quite happy there.

Wonderful BNB
This is a wonderful BNB in a quiet neighborhood located close to a tube station. Yanley was an attentive host whose attention to detail and high standards made my stay a delight. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this establishment.

The hosts were very welcoming. Especially the breakfast is unique! I've tried a few full english breakfast while staying in London, but at 69 The Grove it is best. One sits around a brekfast table being served and wonderfully entertained. :-)) It is easy to get into pleasant chats with the other guests. Only a short distance to Vauxhall Station, but at the Grove it is quiet and peaceful. I definately recommend to stay here.

I went to The Oval for the cricket and this hotel was literally 4 minutes walk from Vauxhall Underground and 4 minutes walk to The Oval. Didnt see the staff on check in due to 6pm arrival but they gave me full instructions over the phone. The next morning when I met them for breakfast they were amazing, fun, bubbly, great conversation and set me up for the day. A great place to stay with comfy beds too 5/5

69 The Grove, Vauxhall – I didn’t actually stay at no. 69 as the proprietors have a second property at No.8 on the opposite side of the road, which is just as easy to identify by the magnificence of the floral display outside, same as No. 69. The room was spotless and refreshed every day. The floral display outside was only challenged by the size of the breakfast offered each morning which many may find negates the need for a lunchtime bit to eat. The location of the properties is excellent with its transport links via Vauxhall tube/train/bus stations and the proximity to Victoria tube/train stations (2 stops/5mins). For those who hate the underground (like me), there is also the Uber water bus’s (big catamarans) nearby at the St George Wharf. They’re slower than the underground, but far more fun. However make sure you understand how they’re charged as they can be expensive. While it’s easy to travel anywhere in London to eat, recommended local Vauxhall highlights would include the Daebak Korean Restaurant (go early or pre-book – gets very busy even during the week), the Market Place (multiple world food outlets – next door to Sainsburys & Vauxhall train station) & the Waterfront London Vauxhall Riverside Restaurant (good food, drink, cocktails & Shisha pipes). Staying at these properties was a delight and I would gladly do so again without hesitation.

The hosts were very hospitable. Breakfast was excellent with omelette fresh fruit toast yogurt etc. marketplace was close by for eating as well as the best Bloomington cafe few houses down the street. Bed was very comfortable & room was cozy. Host came in every day to clean. Would recommend for top Priority of tube access for sure & reasonably priced. Our 1st stay was an excellent choice!

Nice and welcoming hosts, clean adequate small room, delicious ample varied breakfast, near train and bus station. I had to ask them for non-perfumed towels. They didn’t mind. Would stay here again gladly.

This place is closely connected to tube stations and is very accessible. The area is very nice. David is friendly and welcoming, cooks amazing breakfast. The only thing is that the towels in the room are worn out due to constant usage and should be replaced!
