Although the key code provided from the instruction was incorrect, the customer service team responded promptly and resolved the issue. The appartments are in a great location in central Madrid near Plaza Espana, and are spacious but they are showing signs of wear and tear, and in need of a refresh, the floors, walls, are a bit grubby and furniture all need replacing soon. It would be a good price if it were not for this.

Excelente apartamento con una ubicación inmejorable en Madrid. Super cómodo somos una familia de 5 con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños completos todo muy nuevo, moderno y cálido. Super completa la cocina para cocinar sin problemas. La ubicación en la zona de Plaza España a una cuadra de la Gran Via y a pie de todos los lugares de interés y tiendas. En general bien, pero NO es un hotel. Es un departamento tipo Airbnb donde no hay ningún servicio, no limpian el cuarto, no te ayudan con maletas, no hay restaurante, etc. Eso no debería ser problema (para quien le gusta ese concepto), pero no lo dicen. Lo anuncian como hotel.
