"ALL OF THE STAFF at the Black Hawk are BEYOND Kind & Welcoming. We loved staying here 3 nights as we provided support to our fam on Ragbrai. We switched rooms and both were terrific. Spacious and clean with a lot of eclectic antiques throughout the hotel. Bartender at Cocktail lounge makes some great drinks and is also SUPER NICE. After staying I could say parking lot was full, full house, price was good . I was happy with the place overall . Older building, maybe needs a update. Loved the pool , and bar , with food !"
