The hotel feels like it's "floating" over the lake - all the rooms have balconies overlooking the lake with splendid views. Same goes for the terraces at the bar and the breakfast lounge. The staff were wonderful - receptionists, cleaning staff, bell staff, bar and breakfast attendants were all very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We used the simple but very well equipped

"We just came back from a 4 day break in the Mandarin celebrating me and my wife’s 20th anniversary it was truly amazing, the concierge arranged flowers for the room and decorated the beds with petals in the number 20 which we will never forget. Lovely little touches and your feel unique and special with staff welcoming in each area by name(stay a few days have them time for this not sure if this would be if just staying for one night)
