"Lovely relaxed family trip - son in wheelchair / it was very accessible and nothing was too much trouble for the staff - views are amazing - straight onto accessible

"Comfortable room in a town pub close to amenities. Surprisingly it was very quiet through the night with only the gentle chiming of the clock tower to be heard. Host welcoming and friendly.had our evening meal there which was very tasty and arrived quickly. Breakfast was a lovely full english served downstairs in a sepparate area with a bright and cheerful setting."

"Fantastic location and easy to find. Great service that allowed late check in via key lock.
Comfortable room with lots of electricity plug in points for charging phones, computers etc which is a pleasing change.
Lovely large shower with powerful rain hail.
Room was immaculately clean

"Lovely place to stay, beautiful inside and out! Room was lovely, nice and spacious, even with sofa bed used for two children. Lovely view from window and would have loved to explore gardens if weather was nice!! Thanks especially to the lovely lady who checked us in when we arrived, after a long journey so was very welcoming and friendly, and to the nice man doing breakfast on Saturday, you both made the stay feel extra special and we will be back!"

Parked without issue but if you have a large car like me then it’s good to take a swing into the tunnel so that you can try and get in as straight as possible - we also realised after there’s a few spaces...

"There was nothing not to like about this property. We were met at the door by the owners Annie and Gerry who gave us a friendly welcome. Great place to relax or visit the areas of the island that interested us. Annie and Gerry had a good knowledge of the island and helped whenever we asked. Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and every day we were arrived back in our room a little treat had been left. Lovely place,lovely couple and will definitely be returning hopefully later in the year."

"A great location for a summer break in Llandudno. Beautiful beaches a short distance away, plenty of free parking on public roads and easy access from the hotel to the Orme. Whilst the hotel is just across the road from a large children's playground and would welcome children, overall it is probably more suitable for adult guests."
