and I. The staff was great and so helpful, and we were told ahead of time of the elevators being down and taking the stairs was not all that inconvenient. I would have preferred a bit more cleanliness in the nooks and crannies of the room, and the shower wasn’t ideal. It was really challenging to get the temperature regulated."

"It was very nice. I was disappointed that the pool was closed and my view out my window was a full roll off, but I really like the room. Breakfast was pretty good too. Staff was very kind and friendly. I would definitely stay there again, but hopefully the pool would be open."

Needs improvement: the room had a musky odor and needed a new carpet. Also the room did not have translucent curtains. It only had drapes making privacy difficult during the day, when we wanted natural light. "

. We really enjoyed the heated indoor/outdoor element, the size, and the multiple depths of the pool! The pool made up for all the other disappointments related to the stay though. Very rundown, not an actual restaurant there, just a lounge/bar with not very good food, room was very outdated and no working phone, no fridge, no microwave, super old beds, etc. Staff was very friendly but overall would not recommend for any purpose other than the pool. "

"This property is few steps away from Birch Run Premium Outlets, close to restaurants, gas stations, 10-12 minutes to Frankenmuth, close to highway 75 access, staff is friendly like Nick, the lady in The breakfast room is very friendly. Asked for some things like comb, shave, change to be used at vending machine, change of bed sheets, they are very quick and helpful. Highly recommended especially this place is also good for young children and
