"Family resort in the large Coraya Bay Campus including a number of hotels by Jaz and by Steigenberger. Facilities (beaches, beach bars, umbrellas, scuba diving, sports activities, theatres, water park..) are shared among hotels, which is good. Jaz Maraya is fairly new, so the rooms and facilities are also up to date (I would have preferred less modern furnished rooms, e.g., with ethnic wooden furniture, but that's personal taste). "A nightmare, avoid at all cost This was by far the worse experience we had at an Egyptian hotel - and we have been to a fair few including several along the Red Sea coast. They discriminate based on nationality, food is appalling, staff and management will do anything to get money out of you. We checked out after 2 days and they refused to refund the remaining part despite acknowledging their failures. In essence, apologising for discriminating is good enough and we should feel good about it!...
