We had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. The room did get very warm (even with the radiators offf in December) but the windows opened, so we could cool it easily. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a range of fresh and healthy food. We enjoyed cosy hour between 5 - 6pm, where the hotel provides a complimentary wine/beer/non alcoholic drink in the bar/lounge area. We would happily stay here again.

Great hotel in a great location.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of all the main Copenhagen sights. Clean, cozy room as expected in the description. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar prices were reasonable for a hotel. Breakfast was Ok and rather pricey. Our experience was better off getting something locally in a restaurant or cafe.

Very comfortable hotel but a little out of the centre with few dining options close by. However, a 15- 20 min walk put you in the centre of the city. Good facilities

Perfect canal side position. Tea/coffee facility in lovely common room. You feel a link to its history as Seaman’s Hostel. Rooms are small but sufficient. If you are sensitive to street noise (not cars or music, but people talking in street and happy voices from cafes across canal)maybe don’t ask for a canal view room. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Great location for exploring Copenhagen, metro nearby and cycle hire from hotel so convenient and reasonably priced. Breakfast very varied and staff very efficient.

Super easy to get to on public transport from the airport. Walkable to everything. In a cheerful buzzy neighbourhood which was just perfect - fun but never disturbingly loud. This quirky hotel with its wonderfully welcoming and helpful reception ( fantastically communicative even prior to arrival) captures the vibe perfectly. Great atmosphere, warm and friendly staff, stylish and colourful interior design, excellent food and drinks…we loved our stay at the hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was amazing:- spacious, well equipped, full of character and great views of the canal. A great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Loved the location- a pretty canal side street that’s a short walk to many of the sights and metro station. The social meal in the evening was a highlight and very reasonable price...

Superb hotel. Wonderful location & beautiful building. Staff are excellent. Breakfast, both choice & quality was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Breakfast (included) is a bit samey and by day 3 we were bored of it. Decent location, very clean, and felt safe and secure. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, central to many locations. Easy to reach on 5C bus from airport, 30 mins and just a few pounds (DOT app), Bus stop is less than minute walk from Hotel. Train station 10 mins away..with a 35 trip to Sweden! Edge of town is opposite hotel so easy to walk straight through to Nyhavn and Little Mermaid whilst window shopping. Head East to more bars and restaurants. Hotel is little ugly outside but modern inside, we had access to Executive Lounge so free drinks compensated cost of...

We had a wonderful and tranquil stay here. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful it actually felt more like staying with friends (and the staff were all great too). The décor and furnishings were well done and to our taste. Even having shared toilet and bathroom facilities (something we haven't had for many years) seemed to add to the charm somehow! Breakfast was simple but generous and the home-baked cakes were a real treat. We were quite sad to leave in the end and would definitely go...

Stunning hotel. Perfectly situated near canals and a short walk into the old town. Lovely room. Hotel is stylishly designed throughout. Great reception area to sit in. The restaurant served really good food. Great breakfasts. Nice bar. And every member of staff was so helpful and pleasant. I've been lucky enough to stay in many of the world's nicest hotels over the years. This is right up there with the best.
