"Arrived on Valentines day (unrelated to our stay), couldn't initially park anywhere as the parking opposite the hotel has a height restriction thus anything other than a saloon car or small/mid SUV can use it.
Room was nice and clean when we arrived, sadly room was never made up the next day, nor cleaned of trash etc
A/C was a tad noisy which kept us up most of the night.
Ordered room service on the 2nd night, took well over an hour and not the 20-25mins stated.

"It’s going through some construction. Definitely out dated. Ventilation in the bathroom was not very good. We got a lady the time we checked in and she was not very kind. Felt like we were bothering her when we asked for extra items for our family of 6. Extra towels, bedding, etc.

"Very nice front desk staff made check in easy even though the computers were down. The location is close to shopping and the casino along with many restaurants. The room was very clean! Would definitely recommend and stay again! "
