"The room was clean but smelt very musty. In addition we could not control the air conditioning and although it would go on and off, the room was too hot overall.
There were no warnings about jelly fish larvae in the ocean that sting you by the resort beach if you swim.

A lot of thought went into the location, design and lay out of this stunning hotel even down to the furnishings, decor and soft furnishings. The infinity pool is gorgeous, they have a kids area and pool for them separately from the main pool....

The water was cold as the pool was in the shade all day. I had to request to move rooms because of noisy neighbours. No rooms with walk in pools were available, but I was upgraded to a suite. "We were in Patong Bay and had to change locations - the staff here were kind, helpful and seemed to be very kind and engaged with one another as well. Bed was great, food was excellent - it's quiet and an easy walk to the beach. Really appreciated the Kwan and our poolside bartender-she was great!!"
