Grand Hotel Olympic
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay, thanks to the wonderful customer service and warm hospitality, especially from Monica, our host, she was truly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit.
The hotel itself is a bit dated, but we chose it for the excellent location, and it definitely delivered. It’s in one of the best areas for tourists, with easy access to major sites and public transportation.
The breakfast, included in the stay, was simple but satisfying, and available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, which was very convenient for our schedule.
Overall, a pleasant stay, if the hotel updates some of the interiors, it would be even better!

"My family and I booked three rooms in this hotel for one night. The rooms very clean, the beds clean and comfortable, the breakfast is also varied, and the staff there are so nice and welcoming. "
"From the moment we checked in, W Rome exceeded all expectations. The level of customer service was top-notch — every interaction with the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
The hotel’s restaurant was a culinary highlight, and the bar offered a vibrant yet cozy atmosphere. From the front desk to the luggage service, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Our room was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, and the overall ambience of the hotel was stylish, modern, and authentically Roman.
The location couldn’t be better — perfectly situated for exploring the best of Rome.
Thank you to the entire team at W Rome for an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to return!
