The receptionist were helpful and polite. The housekeeping crew were great, courteous and polite. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The only issue that I had was when taking a shower the water was leaking outward through the door that is hung cockeyed. Overall, the hotel is great and close to alot of shopping plazas and eateries.

Service in the bistro was very poor. $13 breakfast burrito took over 20 minutes to be served. It was overcooked and barely edible. Room wasn't serviced even though the do not disturb sign wasnt on the door. Plus, the bathroom floor was soaked because the shower door wouldn't close.

The hotel is very old and rundown. While there was nothing visibly off putting about the room, the overall condition of the hotel property made me hesitant to use the shower, sit on the lounger, or stay in the room longer than necessary. I will say the staff members I spoke to were very nice. But, I will likely try a different hotel next time I'm in the area.

We planned a romantic getaway for Valentine’s Day. When we arrived our room was freezing cold. We had picked up food to have a romantic dinner in our room. We tried to wait and see if the heater would eventually warm up, but it did not. We had to block the heater with a coat, to block the cold air coming out. When we couldn’t take cold any more. We called and requested a didn’t room. Dining in a cold room, and then having to pack up and move to a different room, kind of put a damper on the experience
