Great location
The hotel is about 2 mins walk from Tokyo Station and it's quite easy to find once at street level. The rooms are on the small side, but as a solo traveller this was fine. I didn't get to explore the onsen due to the no-tattoo policy. The choice of pillows near reception was greatly appreciated. The breakfast (1800 yen) was decent for the price. I'd happily stay again.

Great hotel right around the corner from the statuon. Friendly and quick check-in. Great amenities with PJs, slipped, toiletries and hairdryer provided. The black out blind was suoeeb. A wonderful night's sleep after a long flight. Would definitely book again.

Great location, really really busy at check in but all the check in staff efficient and friendly. By Tokyo standards room the right size, but for two above average Americans it was a tight fit. No closet, but the window did open for fresh air.

Unfortunately, I would not stay at this hotel never again. The location is really good but the size of the room was very small and window doesn’t open wide(maybe just 6 cm) which made me feel so depressed even I was only there for at night. I now realized view and sun shine are very important even when you are traveling! However staffs are very friendly and nice.

This hotel have alot of my checkboxes ticked. It has a slightly late checkout timing of 11am, its directly opposite of Tokyo station which is like a train and bus interchange. The hotel provides free coffee machine at certain floors, water dispenser at certain floors so that you do not have to worry about running out of water and coffee. The lounge provides a resting place and freeflow alcohol from 4pm to 9pm daily which is definitely a plus point for travelers who are tired and wants to go back to the hotel for a rest. And I have to mention the public bath which I personally likes it alot as I use it daily during my stay there. The lobby staffs and the cleaners all are very polite and welcoming which makes my stay very pleasant and happy. The only bad points I can think of are the wifi of the hotel is abit weak and there is no convenience store beside the hotel. Other than this 2 points, the hotel is very good for me.
