I’m writing about my recent stay (July 8th-12th) to share some feedback.
Your housekeeping team was excellent – please give them my thanks!
However, we experienced several maintenance issues. Our room had a worsening sink leak that created puddles requiring towels to manage. I spoke with Camilo and Salomon about switching rooms on day three, but understand you were fully booked.
The bathroom had mold, rust, and musty odors, with no exhaust fan to help with humidity. On our final night, we lost power in 90-degree heat. When my teenager developed a fever, we had to find other accommodations at 2 AM, ending up at the Bentley on 5th Street.
Given these inconveniences during our 4-day stay, I’d appreciate discussing compensation or a future discount.
