Wonderful, friendly staff. Coffee 24 hr. Very clean room. Only thing in disrepair was a strip of ceiling by door rest of room up to date. Towels are on the thin side as are the bed covers. Very rough TP and kleenex

WE reserved the room like usually and this time was no particular room she just want give us a outside room because no have another left was so busy she sad ..,i dont no what thats mean but I no im not reserved those tipe..!Then i was told here i need to have a room inside the building so because of that she give us inside this room was smelling like a cigarette badly! I'm reserve a not smoking always, this room wasn't like that! Sorry People reserve the room for a reason then when we get there don't say we don't have a room what you reserve how come what that mean!!?? But ok another then this we love this Hotel and we keep going there like usually.

The non-smoking room smelled like multiple cigarettes had just been smoked in there prior to my arrival and the shower had mildew around the bottom. I was given a spray to combat the odors, went to dinner and came back to it smelling even worse. The clerk told me I would have to talk to the manager in the morning and I told her I was not spending the night in that room. I was then reluctantly moved down the hall right at an exterior door where people went to smoke which was disgusting and all I heard all night were transfer trucks gearing down or up. If I could give a negative rating I would have.

They over charged my card over $500 for the deposit. Then want to enter my room for no apparent reasons. Act like there trying to get my deposit money somehow. Smh what the world has come to for ppl to try and take from somebody who is already in a situation where they can’t even get a house or anything else lost it all for them try take what’s lift

Apparently this facility turns the hot water heater off at night. Running the hot water slightly before midnight for 10 mins produced absolutely no hot water. Running it at 0600 it only took a few minutes for there to be hot water. Also, several of the electronic door locks we not working. If you have a trailer, the parking is not user friendly. There is really no easy way to exit the parking lot without having to turn your unit around.

Alright but on the worse side
It was alright. Bed had a few stains on it, terrified for bed bugs. There was smoke debris like they hadn’t cleant the place before we went in there. There was sticky stuff on the lamp for whatever reason. TLDR, nice location, the cracker barrel and texas roadhouse is perfect, but the rooms are kind of gross. wouldn’t go back
