My stay at the hotel was an absolute nightmare, making it the worst hotel experience ever. The problems began with the hotel's complete lack of information on check-in procedures, leaving us utterly bewildered. To exacerbate matters, the provided phone number proved useless, connecting us to an unhelpful individual who merely assisted with managing the hotel. Her displeasure at our late arrival was evident, and she rudely dismissed us without resolving the situation.
The ordeal didn't end there. Dealing with Expedia's support was a nightmare in itself. Their slow process and excruciatingly long wait times for resolution further added to our frustration. Despite sending multiple emails, we never received a response. It was disheartening to be completely ignored through what should have been a reliable communication channel.
Shockingly, Expedia only sprang into action upon receiving our phone call. It's deeply disappointing that they prioritize phone communication over emails, hindering their responsiveness and leaving customers feeling neglected.
In summary, this hotel's lack of communication and inhospitable staff left us feeling disrespected and without accommodation. The icing on the cake was Expedia's slow and inefficient process, their failure to reply to emails, and their insistence on addressing issues solely through phone calls. I strongly advise against both this hotel and using Expedia's services to avoid the distress we endured.
