Disappointed even for the value. Bed not made properly, bed skirt tucked under mattress. Bed spread stained and tattered. Coffee but no pot. Two wimpy pillows, blanket not warm enough. Found medication capsule on floor. Had to ask for hand towel and wash cloth. Breakfast not available at 6:20 am so left.

Never again!
Room was dirty. Had not been vacuumed in months. Bed cover was stained and dirty. Smelled of smoke. Bathroom had hair, dirt and toe nail clipping behind the door. Towels were stained. And there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. Checked out the next morning was supposed to be there a week. Talked to the desk person after a 25min wait for someone to show up. asking for a refund because of concerns and was told I needed to call the 3rd party I booked with. Contacted Hotels.com and they worked on it and only got $90 back on a $300 trip. Don’t stay here it’s horrible.

I’m not picky when it comes to lodging because I just need a 8-9 hour crash pad on my way through somewhere. But this was so bad I just left after about an hour. It was absolutely horrendous and dank. There were cobwebs with bugs on the ceiling and in the lampshade, and the bedding was filthy. The pillows were so old they had no shape and were about half the size of a normal pillow. The doors and walls were stained and carpet and bathroom were gross. I also felt very unsafe. Just don’t do it.

It was a decent place to stay. We got checkin in quickly. The only thing that wasnt great was a tow truck driver was servicing a truck parked 2 rooms down from ours and he felt the need to have his music blaring at 3 am as he worked. Incredibly inconsiderate for those trying to sleep at the hotel.

Pillow case had makeup on it, bed cover was stained, toilet leaks, two light bulbs were missing. Breakfast was white bread, cold cereal, a can of pear halves dumped in a throw away bowl.

Our room looked pled like it was the party room. Soot smudged door, no bathroom vent (had a hole for one but vent was gone), sticky lamp, & other issues. Bed was comfortable and door locked. I’m not sure what the other rooms look like. I hope they are better than ours was. This one needs work on cleanliness and property maintenance.

The room was ok. You get what you pay for. I stayed on a weekend night, so it was twice as much as a weekday rate. The bed, i was tired, when i layed down i was out. I got 6 hrs sleep total the previous 2 nights. So i guess id say the bed was decent. The shower, no complaints. The white towels, hand towels, wash rags, and sheets though, were stained up.pretty good. My one towel.looked like it had washed a few cars and improperly washed. Sheets had black stains. I couldnt get my front door to close from the outside. They showed me, you have to unlock the door with the key, turn the handle and close it. I dont know if thats something new or a messed up.door. i guess its a way you wont forget your key. Breakfast was 3 types of cerial, 2 types of bread, butter. Milk and coffee. That was it. So if you eat breakfast at your hotel, this may not be the place for you. The dinning room area has more tables then it can accommodate. If tables were full, their would be no moving around. You sit at one table, youre in the walkway or your back is against another table. Overall, if youre like me, and just need a place to sleep, its sub ok.
