Thankful for the staff
Me an my family of 7 stayed in 3 different rooms for a week. We appreciated the daily cleaning service because once we got back from a tiring activity, we could relax well. I was grateful for all the staff that served us. I'm not sure our stay would have been wonderful without their dedication. We plan to come back next time we visit Cancun.

Customer service was on point! Hotel was beautiful and well cared for. They offered daily activities for all ages and the staff really cares for the guest. They will go out of their way to cater you. Restaurants were great and I highly recommend the Hilton.

Fun times
The resort had very good amenities, minus maybe a tennis court. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The condition of the property was fairly new. Lots of good food options...make your reservations as early as possible. Would definitely visit again.
