Ceiling pipe bursted out while i was sleeping
I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding my recent stay at THE B GINZA, specifically the traumatic and unsafe experience I encountered during my time in room 715 (i’m not so sure anymore) on Jan 3rd to Jan 4th.
Around 4:00 AM, I was abruptly awoken to the alarming sound of a burst pipe hole in the ceiling directly above my bed. As the cover of the pipe hole fell off, I was left in a state of sheer panic and terror. Although I was fortunate that the cover did not fall directly onto me, I was covered with a significant amount of dust that fell directly onto my face and into my bedding. This incident was not only a shocking and frightening experience, but it also left me physically uncomfortable and emotionally distressed.
After immediately contacting hotel staff, they arrived to assess the situation. While they did move me to another room, I was never offered a single apology, nor was there any acknowledgment of the distress this caused. The staff did perform a basic cleanup, but there was no effort made to ensure my well-being or to compensate for the distress I endured. To make matters worse, there was no further communication or courtesy extended to me, even during check-out the following morning.
As a paying guest, I expect a high standard of service, safety, and customer care. Instead, I was subjected to an experience that not only disrupted my stay but left me feeling disregarded and uncomfortable.
