Low Quality Inn not Quality Inn
The pool and hot tub were both out of order, as well as the ice machines, the air conditioner in our room didn’t work. There was pubic hair on the toilet seat. The pictures online depict nice wood/laminate floors when there was actually dirty, old, outdated carpet. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. Instead of the Quality Inn it should be the “Low Quality” Inn

Stay somewhere else do not stay here
Well, entering the lobby, I walked up to the desk to check in, check-in was breeze, but there was a sign that states that the hot tub and the pool were out of service. Since I had two children, I asked them if they are in service or not because if not, I was going to go somewhere else because that’s one of their favorite things to do. she informed me that it is a climate controlled room and the hot tub is really the one that’s out of order because the heater is not working. The heater is not working in the pool or the hot tub, the pool was like 50°. It was so cold , we stayed in the room that was connected to the stairwell and the pool. The AC sucked did not keep us cool. I had to go to Dollar General and buy a fan just to keep us comfortable for the night. The room smell like crap it smells stale like it’s been in a cave for 50 years. It was very dirty. You cannot wear no shoes in the room or your feet would be black. we found trash everywhere in the room. And to top everything off, they also have someone staying in the back of the hotel in a camper that has an extension cord connected to the building who have dogs and they bark at all hours you’re trying to grab something I definitely do not stay at this hotel for it needs to be updated and management needs to get a hold of This hotel it’s disgusting

The room was ok, however you could see daylight from under the door, and cold wind came through there also. There was water and ice built up in front of our door. They had put ice melt down but in the morning was ice again so difficult to walk out the door with out slipping. Ice machines were not working. It was a handicap room, wasn't requested, with a handicap parking spot right outside our room. Since we don't have a handicap tag, we could not park right outside our room., had to park farther away.

Never Return
customer service from lady at front desk was horrible. didn’t tell me where my room was, didn’t tell me hours of operation. Lobby closes at 7pm also breakfast was horrible chunks in the milk. Says breakfast is from 6am to 10am which is a lie it gets over at 9am. Pool was terrible not clean and water was freezing, hot tub water colder than pool. There was a gentleman working there of the evening and was very friendly. Lady that works front desk with facial piercings needs to be fired had to wait for her to smoke her cigarette before coming to fill up milk for breakfast when the milk was expired. Would not return.

Better think twice.
Smelled like bug spray, the shower floor was weak, you had to be carefull where you steped, water pressure in the shower was horrible, the heater was so noisy it made it next to impossible to hear the tv, the carpet and trim was very old and dated. No microwave in the room, the ice maker was broken. The only positive was the friendly staff and soft bed I stated in room 1105

Photos can be deceiving
The photos online looked great, which is why we booked this hotel. The first room smelled like smoke and we had to be moved to another room. The tv would not work in that room, so the man working the service desk had to come hook it up. He was very polite and helpful. There were people smoking right outside of our room and being loud very late at night. The indoor pool was supposed to be heated, but was very cold. The breakfast was ok- there was a waffle machine and several quick things. There was not any eggs or type of meat. It is not a place that I will stay again.

First the positives: Price, location, friendly staff. For the negatives: outdated, hot tub not operating, sauna not operating, breakfast was very basic- toast, bagels, yogurt, juice, coffee machine not working.

Recommend Quality Inn for Short Stay
The hotel could not find my name when I tried to check in. Then they figured out my name was misspelled. Check in process was quick. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

Wouldnt wish my worst enemy a stay there!
Was ana absolute nightmare of a stay. Room was clean, but the noise was terrible. It sounded like the room above us was running a prostitution ring. Nonstop coming and going all night, thumping and bangng around. Called front desk but it did not abate. Decided to leave after one night instead of staying for the three we had planned. I would not recommend this property to anyone. I doubt we will see a refund for our other two nights even though I'm sure they rerented our room.out after we checked out. Quality Inn lacked it's namesake,.quality.

Not as advertised - nothing worked
Staff was nice, but thats about the only good thing i have to say about this hotel. Booked and interior room by the pool (these rooms were a couple of dollars higher then others,) but upon check in was told these rooms were not available. The sauna was not working, hot breakfast was a joke (half options not working such as orange juice or coffee.) Room smelt of smoke and moth balls, mold in bathroom shower, large hole in ceiling next to fire features (had to climb up with a light to make sure no camera or critters.) Beds very uncomfortable. Hot water in bathrooms SO hot it could burn a child. Overall, i was very disappointed, even considering this is a budget hotel- the accommodations advertised that led me to book this room were out of order.

Don't stay
The elevator was out of order, ice machine was out of order, phone in the room was out of order. Room smelled musky. You could hear every footstep of the people above us. Kids jumping around. Got very little sleep either night. Very noisy. Traveling with my elderly aunt, I told her at breakfast the biscuits were hard not to get one. She has. no teeth. The person on duty was grumpy and said she was only one person. She has everything to do, give her time to fix more. I have a disability and cant climb stairs. They had me on the second floor. I will never stay there again. The night shift last was very nice. Wish everyone was as pleasant wish I had my money back. Don't waste your hard earned money or time. Very, Very disappointing. If any other place had a room I would have left. But nothing budget was available.

We booked 2 rooms The one room attach to office was nice basic... But the room we got for us and 1 pet was not clean. Carpets stained and only sheets to sleep with. If you needed anything you had to walk across a huge parking lot to get anything extra towels or bed covers. Our pet used puppy pads but definitely could tell the people before let their animals poop and pee everywhere and its carpeted so smell and cleaniness wasnt good.

The hotel itself is centered right in the middle of the strip so it is in the middle of everything but when we got to our rooms, they were dirty and had cockroaches in them. I told staff but nothing was done about it. The breakfast was amazing and staff member were so sweet! The rooms definitely need work to them.

Breakfast was OK. I reserved a room with a pool view that had a n inside door, but the water heater blew up (that's the reason I could not get the room I reserved). I was moved to another building where I had to walk across the parking lot and to the other end of the building for breakfast and the pool (which I did not use because I didn't want to walk there with the temperatures below freezing. The ice machine was on the second floor and the elevator was not working. When I went to check out, I tried to get some ice but the machine was broken.
