Very disappointing
The shuttle driver was very rude when he picked me up at the Radisson where I had gone by mistake. The front desk clerk was very unfriendly. The controls on the air conditioning did not work so the room was very cold all the time I was there. Overall not a good experience.

It served the purpose as somewhere to stay the night near PDX before an early morning flight. Was disappointed that the bar / restaurant is no longer open. With no food options available on site, will probably stay elsewhere next time.

Disappointed in lack of response....
There were 2 of us staying. At 6am we used the bathroom and the toilet overflowed. Upon calling the front desk we were told that maintenance would be in at 7:30am. After a lengthy on hold, and ultimately me going to the front desk, they offered to move us to another room (we were checking out that morning anyway). I did not want to move rooms for three hours at (now 6:30 in the morning). I asked for maintenance to come to the room upon their arrival. They did not. I checked out early, upon doing so there was a new person at the front desk who could not have cared less. Very disappointed in how this was handles. No clean towels were brought up even thought at 6am we asked so we could sop up the floor.

Location and shuttle service are perfect for the last night stay before an early morning flights. Breakfast starts conveniently at 6am. Basin in the room (not in the bathroom) is odd. The worst thing was the airconditioner which was so old that its panel was unreadable and irresponsive -- we had to unplug the entire unit in order to kill the noise at expense of refreshed air.
