A Hotel with MANY small flaws and one BIG flaw. I wouldn't go back.
Although it is very well located and the lobby façade is beautiful, I would not return due to the amount of problems and difficulties we experienced in this hotel.
We arrived by car and to our surprise the entrance was very hidden and there was no place to leave the car to go to the lobby. I had to get out quickly and leave my family in the car to ask where I could park. We found out that there is no elevator from the parking garage to the lobby, it is stairs to the floor BEFORE the lobby and then elevator to the lobby. If you travel with small children and big suitcases I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
Entering the bedroom, very pretty and modern but the charm disappears when you see the two desk chairs dirty and grimy. The hotel was not full and they gave us a room with a view of the machinery, no big deal But then we see the bathroom and the towels are old and falling apart and the faucet is not fixed and it feels like it will break at any moment. Already asleep we realize that there is a light that DOESN'T STOP FLASHING ALL NIGHT! We complain and they tell us: “it's a motion or fire sensor, it can't be turned off.” APPALLING! We compared it to the family room next to us and they didn't have that but their air conditioning light couldn't be turned off! Even worse. On the second day, we went for a coffee at the lobby restaurant and had two coffees and a juice and an hour later they spoke to me in my room…
