Amazing reception tea
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our family with kids. The pool was a great spot to relax, and the food was delicious. However, the real highlight was the reception team. They went above and beyond to assist us with a few challenging issues, resolving everything with ease. Everything is excellent in this property except the parking space that is a little difficult to find parking at any time on the day but specially during the night time. Staff very attentive and friendly who were always willing to help with any questions. Pool area was smaller than we hoped and the addition of having something to entertain the children during the day and some adult entertainment during some evenings or at the weekend would be a great addition to the resort. Lovely, Comfortable Hotel
My room was spotless, clean, and comfortable. Front desk was helpful and kind (Sandro helped me get my luggage to my room and to car) and moved my daughter's family to a 2 level room with a kitchenette for my grandson. Grandson loved playing in the indoor pool. Only negative was breakfast food choices on line not really what Americans tend to choose, but nice presentation. And coffee machines never fill the cups, need to do twice. But really, A lovely hotel!

The staff were lovely, the hotel has beautiful views, it is peaceful and breakfast is lovely. You need a car unless you plan to relax on resort. There is a Lidl nearby for necessities and it is a 15 minute drive to the beautiful beaches at Guincho and Cascais.
