This has been one of my favorite hotels while on our Peru trip! The views are spectacular, the hotel is extremely clean, and it was very comfy after many hours of traveling. Josue was friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. He made us feel like we were at home. Should we ever book another future trip to this area of Peru, we would stay here again, no doubt! We will also be recommending to our friends and family planning trips to this area!

Great choice in the heart of Aguas Calientes
Situated just above the central plaza, this small hotel is very nice and the staff accommodating and friendly. There might be too many steps up for some guests, but the view at Huayna Picchu from the windows and the breakfast terrace is rewarding. Warmly recommended.

Great stay
We had a great stay. When we arrived by train, someone was there to pick us up. We ended up missing him but appreciated the gesture. Check in was quick and room was ready by regular check in time. The location of the hotel was perfect, off of main plaza and close to train and bus stations. Keep in mind that the only way to get up to the hotel is by several flights of stairs. Luckily we packed light. The room was comfortable and clean. A free breakfast was included and it was bread, fruit, cereal, with coffee, tea, or juice. Overall, it was all we needed for our visit to Machu Picchu.

Rooming at Rupa
The Rupa Rupa is up quite a steep set of stairs. Once up there the room for four was large enough, however the bathroom is a bit small for four people. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly. You can hear the birds in the morning but also the nightlife so it's not quiet most of the day. Overall it was great, just be sure you can do 5 flights of stairs often and are okay with mountain air moisture.

Our family loved this place, the room has great view with a seat out area. Also room has windows all around. Very warm & friendly front desk, he was at the train station to walk us to the hotel, yes it is walkable distance :) Next day morning, we had breakfast on the rooftop, it has awesome view. The property is nice and clean. The hotel is located on the top of the hill, which means that you have to walk around 80 steps up to your room and the same 80 steps to go down. I would love to do more research in advance to avoid these extra steps. I love my trip to Manchu Pichu.

Fun
One of the most fun and enjoyable hotels I’ve stayed in. What an amazing view!! We ended up using the quadruple room with open windows all around across the town, mountain and forest. Then the breakfast on the room top terrace watching the sunset was stunning.
