Villa Cora is amazing. It was almost a shame to leave to go explore Florence! The shuttle service made it so easy to get into town and back. The room was beautiful, the garden was lovely and the pool area was immaculate. We loved the staff, they were so friendly and helpful. We had exceptional service at this stay! The building is jaw dropping and the staff will go above and beyond for you. Our room was so beautiful, I was very sad to go. Consider getting the imperial suite if you book. We loved the spa services and hung out every night by the pool to enjoy the amazing cocktails! Breakfast buffet has so many options, I would like to see more steak on the dinner menu, but I believe the menu was fixed for the duration of our stay. All in all I felt regal during my stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

We were disappointed to be charged $18 for coffee in the morning given the nightly rate and reputation. We visited the wellness area in the spa and were so offended that cell phones and loud talking was happening/permitted (?) from guests. This ruined our spa experience. The dining and concierge staff were wonderful but the establishment needs to review its priorities and policies.
