Walking distance to central train station, staff was super helpful, they filled out bottles with ice (a lot of it 😀 ) whenever asked. Rooms were spacious, with kettle and and mainly AC. There is elevator in the building. Highly recommend!!!

I like Premier Inns and use them frequently. This one followed the mould and everything about the facilities were fine, including the staff and a lovely breakfast. However, in the middle of the extreme heat it was disappointing that it did not actually offer the advertised air conditioning, which was hugely disappointing. The room was set at a constant 25 degrees. It was explained to me this was 'climate control' not air conditioning, and that all Premier Inn rooms in Germany are set at the same temperature. Not realising this when booking I made the decision to check into a neighbouring hotel for the night, simply to sleep.

Very nice and helpful staff, clean room, good value. Location was good as far as close to an area with shops and restaurants, but to get there we had to walk through a pretty bad part of town. I think next time I would find a different route that felt safer. I'd recommend asking the hotel staff about the best way to get over to the shopping area, or maybe Uber instead of walking. No fault of the hotel, the hotel itself felt very clean and safe, but the area a few blocks away was pretty blatantly an area with overt drug use/selling and girls advertising their services. Nobody bothered us, but probably not an area you would want to walk through with children.

We really enjoy the staff, the room, the amenities, the cleanliness. My only concern was the area. There were homeless people just across the street. It did not feel safe to walk to the hotel to the train station.

Good value for money. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was surprisingly good—I would definitely recommend including it in your booking. The only downside was the neighbourhood. It felt a bit rough, especially in the evening, with quite a few loitering people around. We didn't experience any problems ourselves, but it's something to be aware of.

There is not daily room service unless you request it. The breakfast and kitchen staff’s hospitality were very good. On my last day of check out at 1030 I received a knock on my door telling me check out was at noon. First time I ever got this type of reminder. There are also constantly Sudanese and Somalian men hanging outside the hotel at all hours of the day.
