This hotel might have been a 4-star hotel at some point in the past but it definitely hasn’t kept up with the times. It desperately needs a refurbishment.
-The receptionist who checked us in was extremely rude, arrogant, not helpful at all. Plus they wouldn’t let us check in till 3pm although it states that check in is at 2pm.
-The breakfast wasn’t very rich and some breakfast options were poorly served the following day as they were the same stale bread, pastries that could literally make you chip a tooth.
-The cleaning by the housekeepers was quite thorough so we were very pleased with that.
The main issue is with the one male receptionist who checked us in and looked at us as if we’re stupid whenever we had a question such as “where is the breakfast served”. Or when they refused to help us with an issue but I’m very glad for hotels.com team as they were happy to help and solved the issue in a matter of seconds.
If you’re booking for one night, then I recommend this stay. But if you’re staying for longer, I recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere as you’ll be disappointed.
